Vitaminwater is giving you the chance to win a weekend getaway to New York City, where you will get to meet hip-hop artist 50 Cent.

Here are the details on how to enter: “50’s Sound Lab” is a new app that allows users to remix 50’s latest single, “Baby by Me,” and submit their own version for a chance to win. Remixes can be recorded and then posted to the vitaminwater Facebook fan page and the user’s personal page or forwarded to friends. iPhone and iPod Touch users can download the app for free from the iTunes store: http://appsto.re/50soundlab. If you don’t have an iPhone, you can make your own remix by visiting www.50soundlab.com.

All submissions must be completed by February 16, 2010 and the winners will be selected on or about March 2, 2010. There is a limit of five (5) entries per person/per email address per day for the duration of the Contest Period.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win a trip to New York City, which may include a “meet and greet” with 50 cent (subject to the demands of 50’s schedule). Travel package includes roundtrip coach airfare from a major airport near the winner’s residence to a New York City airport for the winner and one guest; hotel accommodations for two consecutive nights, an American Express gift card for the amount of $350 to be used for incidentals and meals during the trip. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize: $4,750.

One (1) First Prize Winner will receive an autographed CD from 50 cent and a year supply of vitaminwater. Approximate retail value of the First Prize: $750.

One (1) Second Prize Winner will receive 50 cent / vitaminwater merchandise (hat, t-shirt, CD, or other items) and a month supply of vitaminwater. Approximate retail value of the Second Prize: $150.
