Allens, Inc., the largest manufacturer of canned and frozen vegetables in the nation is hosting their first original recipe contest, Feast Your Veggies on This, to promote healthy eating habits. Recipe submissions will be judged in three categories: family entrees, southern favorites and appetizers/side dishes.

All recipe submissions must use Allens canned or frozen vegetables as an ingredient. See all Allens products at Allens.com.
