A recent survey conducted by the Florida Department of Citrus revealed American families no longer have time to connect in the morning. Results indicate that while the majority of parents agree mornings are an important part of the day to spend quality time with their children, obstacles such as hectic schedules and modern-day distractions often leave families feeling squeezed.

To bring this universal challenge to light, The Florida Department of Citrus has partnered with celebrity mom and new co-anchor of Entertainment Tonight, Nancy O’Dell to launch “The Morning Squeeze” video contest, which invites families to share their unique morning challenges and inspires them to spend more meaningful moments together to get a great start every day. You can visit the Florida Orange Juice Facebook page to submit your own video – it’s as easy as pressing the record button on your mobile phone – for the chance to win a family vacation to Florida. You can also watch three never-before-seen videos of the hectic, funny situations Nancy faces with her own family every morning.
