Did you know that a number of famous personalities (from Jude Law to John Legend, Renée Zellweger and Billy Idol) support Hear the World and its mission of raising awareness about the importance of hearing and the consequences of hearing loss? Each Hear the World ambassador has been photographed by musician, and Hear the World photographer, Bryan Adams, in a “conscious pose of hearing” – with one hand cupped behind their ear.

To further spread the message of hearing awareness and to give all Hear the World fans across the country a chance to show their support and commitment to the cause, Hear the World is launching the ‘Show Us Your Hearing’ photography competition, with a chance to win a new Polaroid 300 and to have your photo featured in the award-winning Hear the World magazine!

To enter the contest, simply submit a photo of you, or a friend or family member, in the famed ‘Conscious Pose of Hearing.’ All entries will be posted to the Hear The World gallery for public voting, and the final winner and runner up will be selected by a panel of judges from the Hear the World initiative from the top five images that received the most votes.
