The Grilled Carne Asada Steak Tostada Salad combines lettuce, pinto beans, Spanish rice, Jack and Cheddar cheeses with plenty of chopped citrus-marinated, flame-grilled Sirloin steak. Sour cream, fresh Pico de Gallo and El Pollo Loco’s signature Creamy Cilantro dressing tops the salad as it is served in a crisp tostada shell bowl.
To celebrate the new menu item, El Pollo Loco steak lovers can enter to win steak for a year by “Steaking Yourself Out”—changing their profile photo to their favorite El Pollo Loco steak Item and tweet using the #eplsteaktostada hash tag. One winner will be chosen daily from March 15th-19th.
