Who’s eligible Membership in the yellow tail [roo]wards Program (the “Program”) is open to individuals 21 years of age or older who are legal residents of the United States excluding residents of California. Clubs and organizations are not eligible to participate. Alcohol beverage licensees, and their immediate family members and/or those living at the same address are not eligible to participate. To become a member, you must have an internet connection and a valid email and street address. To become a member, you must first register by setting up an account at www.roowards.com, (the “Website”) agree to these Terms and Conditions, and provide all requested information including your name, street address (post office boxes are not acceptable), date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address, and password. The Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time in Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event of any dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a member, the member will be deemed to be the natural person twenty-one (21) years of age or older assigned by an Internet access provider to the e-mail address used when registering for membership. Points are not property of the member, have no cash value, and are valid until the Program ends. Sponsor will maintain a record of Points assigned to each member but members are also encouraged to keep track of Points deposited into the member’s own account.
