ENTER THE ROAD TO FULL METAL TEXAS CONTEST ON SIGNMETO

SignMeTo Roadrunner Records is excited to be giving unsigned bands the chance to open the third annual Full Metal Texas showcase, Austin, TX’s penultimate metal party. Boasting the best bands in metal and hard rock, Full Metal Texas is set to take place on two stages at Emo’s on March 17th, but the day is missing one thing: your band.

SignMeTo’s The Road to Full Metal Texas contest is helping hopeful up and coming bands make their way to Austin for the best fest in the Southwest. To enter, artists must tag their SignMeTo profiles with “Full Metal Texas.” Finalists will be culled from the top five spots on the Full Metal Texas chart, after which a panel of Roadrunner Records and Full Metal Texas representatives will pick the lucky band that scores the opening slot on the Full Metal Texas showcase at Emo’s on 3/17, plus a $1,000 cash prize to get to Austin and back. All four runner ups will receive $100 cash prizes.

This year, Yeah! Management and Branch Marketing Collective have teamed up with Brooklyn Vegan and 1000Knives to bring an even more diverse lineup to Full Metal Texas. The show takes place at Emo’s Inside and Outside stages on Thursday, March 17th from Noon ‘til 6pm. 15 bands will tear apart the two stages throughout the day.
